Shipper owned T75 and T50 tanks. Tank cycle and pressure management, tank certification, tank modification, tank repairs, tank storage.

Leased T75 and T50 tanks.  Tank lease, cycle and pressure management, return of tank to source.

New builds and modifications. T75, T50, T17/15, T11 where applicable.

Supply chain management and cycle management in conjunction with the customers operations department. Safety first always. T75’s are shipping units only, they are never storage units.

Process involved:

  • Technical pre-inspection & re-certification of ISO containers before filling
  • High pressure rating of units
  • Pre-fill tank preparation and cooling
  • Product Purchase, ISO delivery to site and filling
  • Post fill inspection and minimum 48 hour monitoring prior shipment
  • Arrangement of sea freight. Only known and respected shipping lines are used
  • Tank pressures monitoring every 24/48 hours by a qualified Engineer from time of filling until final delivery
  • Weekly reporting includes pressure readings
  • Clearing and delivering to customer
  • Empty tank return
